Position: Domiciliary Care Worker (Female)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate female domiciliary care workers to join our team in the Basingstoke area. The role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes. Candidates must have a valid driving licence and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Previous experience in domiciliary or similar care is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
