Join our team, working as a Domestic Services Officer within the Corporate Services Department. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in ward and ancillary areas in accordance with established policies, standards and guidelines.
All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.
This role of Domestic Services Officer is located at North West Regional Hospital in Burnie.
This role involves rotating shift work year‑round (365 days), including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The roster spans weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring essential services are maintained at all times.
Working on a casual basis, the role responds to service demands by maintaining infection control standards, supporting patient, staff and resident wellbeing, and contributing to quality and safety outcomes across hospital settings.

Multiple fixed term casual, shift worker (fully rotational) positions, working as and when required, commencing at a mutually agreed upon date.

$57,130 to $62,486 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
