About the role:

As a Domestic Homecare Worker with Outlook, you will be required to provide assistance with domestic duties and household cleaning chores including vacuuming, dusting and mopping to My Aged Care clients living at home. You will deliver high quality services to clients, maintaining compliance of standards and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing clients with domestic duty assistance
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Adhering to Outlooks policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

  • We would value your experience in providing domestic services or experience in an environment that required cleaning services.
  • You will bring a compassionate and caring nature to work.
  • You are self-motivated, have a positive work ethic and importantly have the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Your positive attitude, dependability, honesty, adherence to safe work practices and understanding of working within professional boundaries will see you succeed in this role.
  • The role involves a range of manual tasks that require physical capability to safely carry out.

Successful applicants will have and/or undertake:

  • National Police check
  • NSW Driver’s licence and transport to allow travel between client services (travel reimbursement applies)
  • Right to Work in Australia.
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements in customer care
  • Knowledge and application of safe manual handling practices
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
