
This role manages a range of domestic research grant operations and contributes to key projects aimed at improving efficiency, compliance, and support for researchers across the grant lifecycle.
Grant Operations Management:
・Independently manage complex domestic grant administration across the full grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations and institutional policies.
・Provide advanced guidance to researchers on application requirements, eligibility, and administrative strategy while maintaining appropriate boundaries regarding scientific content.
・Identify operational risks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and researcher support.
・Oversee data accuracy, reporting processes, and workflow optimization within assigned grant portfolios.
・Serve as a key liaison between researchers, funding agencies, and internal divisions to resolve administrative challenges.
Project Leadership and Process Improvement:
・Lead or co-lead institutional initiatives aimed at improving domestic grant operations and service delivery.
・Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder coordination strategies.
・Analyze trends in domestic funding schemes and recommend process improvements or new support models.
・Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

助成金運営管理:
・複雑な国内研究助成金の管理を、助成金のライフサイクル全体にわたり主体的に担当し、助成機関の規程および大学の方針に沿った運用を行う。
・応募要件、適格性、事務的な戦略などについて研究者へ高度なアドバイスを行う。ただし、研究内容そのものには踏み込みすぎないよう適切な境界を保つ。
・業務上のリスクを見極め、効率性、コンプライアンス、研究者へのサービス向上につながる改善策を検討・提示する。
・担当助成金ポートフォリオにおけるデータの正確性、報告業務、ワークフローの最適化を統括する。
・研究者、助成機関、学内各部門との主要な連絡窓口となり、事務手続き上の課題に対処する。
プロジェクトリードおよびプロセス改善:
・国内助成金業務やサービス提供の改善を目的とした学内イニシアチブのリードまたは共同リードを担う。
・プロジェクト計画、スケジュール作成、ステークホルダーとの調整戦略を策定する。
・国内の資金スキームの動向を分析し、業務プロセスの改善案や新たな支援モデルを提案する。
・チーム内での知識共有に寄与し、ジュニアスタッフの指導に携わる。
