We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Domestic Cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and enjoys transforming homes into clean, safe, and presentable spaces following renovation and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete builders cleans following renovation and maintenance works.
• Perform general domestic cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, windows, and fixtures.
• Remove construction dust and debris, ensuring properties are ready for handover.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Operations Team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and use products safely in accordance with company procedures.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while working in occupied and vacant homes.
• Work independently or alongside trades and project teams to meet project deadlines.

About You

• Previous experience in domestic, commercial, or builders cleaning is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible to work across various locations throughout Melbourne.

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• White Card (desirable but not essential).
• Right to work in Australia.
