NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.

Domestic Admissions & Direct Enrollment Officer

The successful candidate will join the Domestic Admissions & Direct Enrollment team and will report directly to the Domestic Admissions & Direct Enrollment Manager.

The role involves managing domestic direct enrollments and supporting the admissions process. The candidate will initiate and maintain relationships with prospective and potential students, guiding them through the lead management process, including qualification, nurturing, and conversion stages.

The role also requires continuous monitoring of key metrics and KPIs to ensure progress and alignment with budget targets, as well as proposing corrective actions when necessary.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Support new sales opportunities through micro conversion targets and ongoing monitoring.
  • Contact potential students according to the company multichannel strategy (call, messages, whatsapp and email) in order to facilitate the enrollment process and providing them with necessary support.
  • Assesse potential leads’ fit and readiness for the offer via structured approach and good questioning and schedule meetings and contacts to progress the sales process.
  • Meet personally (in campus and online) students and families in order to give all orientation information and to maximize prospect conversion.
  • Join all the promotional events organized within the campus and online.
  • Take care of the all the new application of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, gathering all documents and keeping the pipeline updated.
  • Answer students questions about enrollment procedures, respond to applicants and follow-up on missing documents, provide detailed information about scholarships and financial aid.
  • Support the registration and processing of Italian applications and assists in sending admission, rejection, and follow-up letters, as well as admission packages for accepted candidates.
  • Prepare application records for assessment through the Academic Admissions interface.
  • Help monitor the admissions pipeline and responds to basic enquiries from counsellors and EdC regarding admission procedures.
  • Communicate with applicants, follows up on missing documents, and provide general information on scholarships and financial aid opportunities.
  • Record confirmations from admitted students and follows up on payments and other administrative or practical matters.
  • Assist with program-specific admission requirements, such as entrance exams and portfolio assessments, according to program guidelines.
  • Register and processes scholarship applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or student recruitment (2-3 years experience in similar role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
