Job Description

This role focuses on managing solution areas, engaging with customers to understand business and technical needs, and translating them into effective solutions. You will influence strategic decisions, define new delivery models, and lead multi-cultural teams in a matrix organization. Strong operational and commercial knowledge is essential to build credibility and identify opportunities.

  • Lead and manage teams for solution delivery and competency development.
  • Drive customer engagements using multi-technology solutions.
  • Influence regional teams and promote Nokia products and solutions.
  • Define innovative delivery models and integrated solution packages.
  • Manage domain projects and execution plans.
  • Ensure timely availability of competent resources.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain high-performing teams.
  • Provide presales support for portfolio offerings.
  • Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Database, Registers, Signalling, Policy, Cloud & Virtualization; VNF & CNF deployments, integration, verification.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, excellent communication (English & Japanese).
  • Other Requirements: Experience in customer-facing roles, and working in matrix organizations.
  • Japanese language is a Must
