Job Description 5+ experience as a Senior business analyst understanding business requirements and converting them into Epic, features and Stories Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, and translates business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements Apply business analysis knowledge areas and creativity to drive requirements work effort ranging from planning, elaboration, analysis, validation to communication through the different stages of the requirements lifecycle Good analytical capabilities to decompose sophisticated business models, specify critical functions and identify inter-dependencies for design considerations Able to understand the product and processes into the business cycle Verify, through different testing practices (ex. UAT), that the solutions meet the functional specifications and resolve specified business problems Should have well versed understating on BA process Continuously advance the proficiency of business analysis and apply industry standard methodologies to promote forward thinking on the analysis of changing business models and knowledge sharing across other domains Reviews and prioritizes Agile Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies Assists with decision-making and sequencing of the technical functionality Participates in team demo with primary responsibility of reviewing and accepting completed user stories Manages and negotiates with difficult and opinionated stakeholders with moderate supervision during elicitation sessions and during the development lifecycle Process modelling using modelling tools like MS Visio Involve in UI /UX discussions and ensure best UI/UX experience is delivered for the end users
