About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Strategy & Architecture team and play a key role in shaping our technology architecture across cloud, infrastructure and networks. You’ll define strategy, guide solution design, and deliver scalable platforms that enhance member, customer and staff experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Define and deliver infrastructure, cloud and network architecture strategy and roadmaps
  • Provide technical leadership across technology design, solution architecture and innovation
  • Develop standards, patterns and reusable architectures aligned to enterprise strategy
  • Lead solution design workshops and guide projects from concept through to delivery
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, technology teams and service providers
  • Ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise standards, governance and business goals
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Solution Architects/Designers

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure, cloud and network architecture
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and outcome-focused approach
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Key requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience across infrastructure, cloud and network technologies
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale architecture solutions
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or technical lead across complex environments
  • Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) desirable
  • Degree in IT or related discipline
