Job Description


As a Domain Architect, you will:

  • Design and govern hybrid cloud architecture across on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure environments.

  • Define domain architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.

  • Ensure architectural solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.

  • Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives while maintaining integration with existing on-premises systems.

  • Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Provide technical guidance and architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technology evaluations.

  • Work closely with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or enterprise architecture.

  • Strong expertise in designing and managing hybrid cloud environments combining on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, networking, identity, governance, and cloud best practices.

  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and architectural governance.

  • Experience with infrastructure modernization and cloud migration strategies.

  • Knowledge of security architecture, compliance standards, and risk management.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Develop scalable, secure, and resilient hybrid cloud architectures.

  • Translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions.

  • Balance business priorities, technical constraints, and security requirements.

  • Influence technical decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Lead architecture discussions, workshops, and design reviews.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Govern architecture standards and ensure adherence across projects.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
