This position reports to:

Global Head IS Enterprise Architecture

We are looking for an experienced Domain Architect - Finance to shape and govern the future-state architecture of our global Finance technology landscape. In this strategic role, you will ensure Finance platforms, data, and integrations support business goals while aligning with enterprise architecture standards. As the Finance domain’s architectural authority, you will guide simplification, encourage innovation, and enable transformation throughout the organization, especially in relation to SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the target architecture and roadmap for the Finance domain.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance, and best practices across Finance platforms, data, and integrations.
• Act as the end-to-end architecture owner for the SAP Central Finance (CFIN) landscape and its ecosystem.
• Manage the simplification, rationalization, and modernization of the Finance application landscape, promoting standard SAP capabilities and scalable solutions.
• Review and guide solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and business objectives.
• Partner with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Integration, and Security teams to deliver cohesive technology solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives including ERP transformations, Finance modernization programs, and M&A activities.
• Shape key technology decisions and provide architectural leadership across a complex global environment.

Your Background

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or senior Finance technology leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN), SAP S/4HANA Finance, and enterprise Finance ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes, controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing and governing complex Finance application and integration landscapes in global organizations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture practices, integration architecture, and finance data management.
• Effective at managing stakeholders and communicating clearly, with a collaborative approach that works without relying on authority.
• Demonstrated ability to balance business priorities, risk, cost, and technology considerations in a pragmatic way.
