Dold Foods has openings for Production Team Members. Successful candidates will work in our food manufacturing facility and enjoy competitive wages along with a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend work, overtime, and holiday work may be required. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
Production Team Members perform a variety of duties throughout the manufacturing process including processing, packaging, handling, inspecting, and preparing food products for distribution. Successful employees are committed to maintaining product quality while making People Safety and Food Safety their number one priority.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.
• Safely process, handle, package, and prepare food products.
• Verify product quality, specifications, and accuracy.
• Box, stack, label, and palletize finished products.
• Read and complete required production documentation and paperwork.
• Operate equipment in accordance with company standards and training.
• Drive a forklift consistent with company standards when required.
• Use a computer to complete job-related tasks.
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions throughout the shift.
• Lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds as required throughout the course of a shift.
• Twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job-related tasks.
• Kneel, squat, and climb as necessary to complete job-related tasks.
• Perform grasping and pinching motions to complete job-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Work environments may include cold, wet, warm, and/or hot conditions.
• Manufacturing and production environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Exposure to production equipment and food processing operations.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements.

NEW EMPLOYEES
New employees at our facility are immediately placed on a 90-day probationary period. During this time, attendance and performance are closely monitored. While on probation, management reserves the right to move an employee to a different open position anywhere in the facility to meet the needs of the business.
