We are looking for a DOJO Trainer to join Endress Hauser FLIN at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

What is the role about?

The DOJO Trainer role is focused on designing, delivering, and continuously improving structured training programs at the DOJO Training Centre.

The role aims to build technical and functional capabilities of technicians, operators, and staff through hands-on learning, demonstrations, and structured assessments. It supports organizational goals related to skill enhancement, competency development, and TPM Education & Training initiatives

Which tasks will you perform?

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions at DOJO stations
  • Deliver practical demonstrations and facilitate learning for diverse groups
  • Conduct skill assessments and certification

Training Planning & Execution

  • Execute training programs as per the defined training calendar
  • Customize training modules based on skill gaps and requirements

Training Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment data
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports

DOJO Infrastructure & Station Readiness

  • Ensure DOJO stations are fully functional and ready for training
  • Maintain training equipment, tools, and infrastructure

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams
  • Align training initiatives with plant and functional requirements

Organizational & TPM Support

  • Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives

Contribute to TPM – Education & Training Pillar objectives

What do we expect from you?

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge in domains such as:
    • Mechanical / Electrical
    • Pneumatics, Hydraulics
    • Safety, Quality Tools, TPM, Welding
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality (QMS)
  • Ability to deliver practical, hands-on technical training

Functional Skills

  • Good documentation and training material preparation skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP (basic), SharePoint, and digital training tools
  • Ability to manage training systems and assessments

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi)
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Patient and learner-focused approach
  • Ability to handle diverse trainee groups and multi-skill batches
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
