Job Title: 2nd Shift Trainer

This position will need a member that is self-motivated with a positive attitude and positive approach to training. Applicant must have strong communication skills, capable of self-supervision. Applicant should be flexible to meet the needs of DOJO, including swing shift schedules. Applicant must be able to conduct training in all facility environments, including within the Dojo, on the Manufacturing floor, along with outside. Applicant must be able to coordinate and communicate with all Manufacturing Supervisors professionally.
Training for this position will require a 1st shift schedule for 6-12 months
Position Responsibilities
The trainer is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
· Training all new members
o Policy’s
o Standard Work Instructions and Visuals
o Products and defect
o Gauge training
o Production Inspection
· Training Selective members
o Lock Out Tag Out
o Fork Truck Testing
o Tugger Testing
· Monthly Audits
· Complete Floor Side Management Classes
· CPR Certified
· Learning new products and all features before they are introduced to production
· 5S within the department
These responsibilities are also subject to change according to the needs of the department & company

Education/Training/Certifications (preferred but not required)
· Associate degree (A.S.) or equivalent from two- or four-year college or technical school, or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and high school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent combination of education and experience.
