ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed by EnergyCo to deliver the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV) will design and construct the project, delivering at least 4.5GW of new capacity to connect 7.7GW of wind and solar energy, powering over 2 million homes from 2028.

Our Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project is seeking experienced Dogmen to join our growing construction teams, supporting lifting operations across transmission lines, towers, and civil works. In this role, you will be responsible for slinging, directing, and controlling loads in accordance with lift plans and site safety procedures.
This is a remote project role operating on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster. Bus transport is provided from Sydney only, with various pick-up and drop-off locations between Sydney and the Mudgee region.
Applicants located within NSW outside the Sydney transport route will be required to DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) at their own expense. Please note this is not a FIFO role, and candidates residing outside NSW will be required to arrange and fund their own travel to Sydney or the site if successful.
Key Responsibilities
Safely sling, hook, and direct loads using cranes and lifting equipment
Interpret and follow lift studies, plans, and directions from crane operators and supervisors
Assist with rigging activities on transmission lines, towers, and civil structures
Inspect lifting gear and ensure compliance with safety standards
Maintain clear communication with crane operators and site crews
Support general construction and labouring duties as required
Ensure all lifting operations are performed safely and efficiently
Required Skills and Competencies
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
Valid Dogman (DG) ticket
Construction White Card
Previous experience in civil or major infrastructure projects (preferred)
Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
Physically fit and able to work in remote conditions
Working at Heights and Rigging tickets (desirable)
Valid driver’s licence
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
