We are looking for an experienced and passionate Doggy Daycare Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our dogs and customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who loves dogs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the daycare

• Lead, train, and support the team

• Ensure dog safety, welfare, and behaviour standards

• Manage rosters, attendance, and workflows

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and safety protocols

About You:

• Proven leadership or management experience (animal care preferred)

• Daycare and/or Grooming experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Calm, confident, and assertive with both dogs and people

• Passionate about animal welfare and team culture

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
