Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a DoDIN Services Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of DoDIN-connected services to support ARNG mission and enterprise operations.
  • Ensure continuous service availability and infrastructure sustainment across all supported enclaves.
  • Integrate network transport and maintain boundary compliance to meet operational directives.
  • Establish and enforce governance for change management and service continuity.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and network engineering teams to ensure compliance with DISA, DoD, and ARNG directives.
  • Provide comprehensive operational reporting and risk assessments to Government stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance and manage operational risks to sustain readiness and resilience.
  • Direct response strategies for outages and configuration control to support uninterrupted mission operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 441-Network Operations Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Extensive experience in enterprise network operations within DoD or Federal environments.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise services and infrastructure sustainment.
  • Experience in coordinating with cybersecurity and network operations teams.
  • Ability to establish and manage governance frameworks for service delivery and continuity.
