TPC Las Vegas is a par-71, 7,104-yard golf course open to the public located in Las Vegas, NV. This is a premier PGA TOUR property in Las Vegas, making it a destination for celebrities and PGA TOUR players alike. The golf course has been heralded by Golf Digest as one of the “Best Places to Play”. The Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd design is a golf course that will test your skills while dazzling you with views of the surrounding mountains, canyons, and the famed Las Vegas skyline.

Clubhouse Maintenance person is responsible for maintaining proper operating conditions for the facilities. The Clubhouse maintenance person is also responsible for ensuring that the clubhouse building and surrounding buildings are in good structural and physical condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST be a transitioning service member
• Valid Driver's License required
• Thorough knowledge of building maintenance and procedures as would normally be acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent education, plus two or three additional college level courses of study or trades training or equivalent years of experience in progressively responsible positions
• Knowledge of chemical health and safety standards preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, equipment maintenance preferred
• Two to three years of previous experience in a similar role

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Maintain responsibility for and keep a written record of the inventory of all tools
• Establish and maintain par stock inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Perform and maintain responsibility for all repairs on cart fleet. Maintain detailed maintenance records on each cart
• Maintain responsibility and perform as needed the continued preventative maintenance of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and all kitchen equipment
• Obtain bids on all major repairs, maintenance contracts or capital projects and submit to general manager for approval
• Maintain responsibility for and ensure compliance of all cleanliness standards of the clubhouse, entrance and parking lot. Monitor appearance of all areas at least four (4) times per day
• Maintain responsibility for key control, perform an inventory quarterly, and maintain control log
• Establish and maintain security guidelines and assist in training and enforcement of all security procedures pertaining to the security alarm system, fire alarm systems, lightning warning system, patrol schedules and safety communications
• Special projects or other duties as assigned

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
