Job Description

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer that will report to the Manager, IT Development and will be deeply involved in the design, development, and deployment of secure, high-quality software solutions in collaboration with multiple business units on their transition to digital business processes. This role consults on architecture and use cases, implements and enforces DevSecOps practices, and supports platforms including DocuSign, RyanTracker Pro, and TeamMate Plus.

*Must be eligible to work on W2 without sponsorship. Not eligible for C2C.

  • Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
  • Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop user interfaces and application programs using technical specifications and design documents, with a focus on cloud-native solutions and modern frameworks.
Provide technical architecture, testing, and support for API and out-of-the-box platform implementations of DocuSign.
Gather business and technical requirements for projects and use cases.
Communicate bugs, enhancements, and support requests directly to DocuSign.
Maintain and support the DocuSign eSignature module and Medical Enrollment Automation workflows.
Support year-end activity including creating and updating forms in partnership with the legal department for use by brokers.
Manage user provisioning, account settings, and template configuration.
Hands-on work with template updates, reports, and envelope updates.
Develop and maintain integrations using the DocuSign Connect API.
Develop efficient and cost-effective implementations, leveraging reusable features where possible.
Support SaaS products deployed in Microsoft Azure, including RyanTracker Pro and TeamMate Plus.
Drive operational excellence including incident management, process automation leveraging AI, and smooth platform deployments.
Recommend and implement departmental process improvements to enhance agility and efficiency.
Monitor and manage software configuration changes to address data reliability and customer satisfaction issues using cloud monitoring tools.
Coordinate sustaining support across multiple application platforms and business processes in a cloud environment.
Work self-directed with limited management oversight, exercising considerable latitude in determining technical objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of DocuSign experience and 5+ years in enterprise application support and cloud-based solutions.
Proven hands-on experience in user provisioning, configuration, template design and enhancement, coding, integration, and deployment of DocuSign applications.
Experience configuring and supporting the DocuSign eSignature module.
Ability to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to end users for DocuSign workflows and configurations.
Experience evaluating and applying AI-enabled agreement capabilities (e.g., contract analytics, term extraction, risk identification) to improve throughput, quality, and compliance of DocuSign workflows.
Solid experience with JavaScript and CSS responsive design practices.
Expertise supporting applications built on .NET (2.0+) and Java, hosted across Windows and Linux environments and MuleSoft platforms.
Familiarity with networking and security protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, LDAP, Active Directory, XML, IIS, authentication protocols, SSH, and SFTP.
Experience with API integrations using Java, MuleSoft, and other tools preferred.
Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and deploying/managing applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, service-oriented architecture, and enterprise cloud integration; Microsoft Azure and virtualization platform experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate and execute technical deliverables.
