Leidos is hiring for Documentation Specialist I to support the Federal Aviation Administration’s CARES Registry. The successful candidates will be required to perform the basic duties of their job family and must be willing to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

The position is 100% onsite out of the Oklahoma City office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organize documents received appropriately for next steps and/or ensure proper distribution to other work/task areas.
  • Operate registry equipment and computer systems to satisfy tasking.
  • Monitor digital and physical locations for requests, documents and digital data for processing.
  • Perform quality control over assigned work/task area products.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED and less than one year of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test prior to starting with Leidos.

Please note: The hourly wage for the position is $16.25 an hour.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $31,850.00 - $57,575.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
