The Role

We are seeking a Documentation Quality Officer to support the quality, consistency and governance of organisational documentation within a secure environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, fit for purpose, and aligned to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality reviews of policies, procedures, work instructions and operational documents.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with organisational standards, governance requirements and compliance obligations.
  • Support document management and governance processes across the organisation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to improve documentation quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice documentation standards.

About You

  • Current NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Experience in document quality assurance, governance or controlled documentation environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or compliance issues.
  • Excellent written communication and document review skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
