A Documentation Engineer should translate complex technical information into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation, while collaborating closely with engineering teams and maintaining high accuracy and consistency.

We are seeking a Documentation Engineer to develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports customers in understanding and operating complex products and technologies. In this role, you will translate technical information into accessible content, ensuring a high-quality user experience while helping to reduce support needs. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to maintain documentation that is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.

To succeed, the Documentation Engineer need strong technical writing and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, solid analytical and research abilities, and the capacity to quickly learn highly technical subject matter. Collaboration is essential, as the role requires close cooperation with engineers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.

Key responsibilities

  • Translating complex technical information into content accessible to end‑users

  • Document products, systems, and processes within the Tissue mill

  • Produce manuals, instructions, and training materials

  • Maintaining structured content within the Content Management System (CMS)

  • Evaluating existing content and driving continuous improvement

  • Ensuring all materials are accurate, clear, consistent, and compliant with company and industry standards

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2-years’ of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; experience with Simplified Technical English (STE) is an advantage

  • Experience working with XML and Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, or similar

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related technical field

To succeed this role, you will need:

Strong SQL skills. Advanced Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M) Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of M365 ecosystem: Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate Strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to transform data into business insights. Structured and critical thinking. Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way. Business-oriented mindset. Proactive attitude. Curious and innovation-driven. Ownership and accountability. Experience in data analysis, business intelligence or similar roles. Experience working with ERP transactional data. Bachelor/Master in: Engineering, Data Science, Economics, IT Fluent English required.
