Who we are looking for

We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Control Specialist Position collaborates closely with the Mechanical Design Department and work alongside diverse engineering teams to help bring ideas to life and support cross-functional innovation.

The role requires providing a high level of documentation control, ensuring that all technical and engineering documentation is properly managed, organized, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and standards.

What you will do

• Obtain, review, edit, and document design documentation in the Engineering Data Management (EDM) system with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Create and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring proper approval and documentation within the EDM system.
• Process electrical design drawings (assemblies, cable drawings, etc.) using CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks to generate accurate manufacturing documentation.
• Prepare and manage part lists, CAM files, and datasheets, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained in the EDM system.
• Provide documentation packages and change notifications to contract manufacturers to support production and updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in processing documentation for electronic or electrical products.
• Experience working with Engineering Data Management (EDM) systems and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Proficiency in English.
