Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Execute and maintain the end-to-end documentation management and compliance tracking for Maxis’s USP and NADI programmes. Act as the central gatekeeper for project repositories, ensuring all technical, operational, and regulatory records are highly accurate, audit-ready, and fully compliant with MCMC guidelines. By proactively identifying documentation gaps, preparing regulatory submissions, and supporting verification exercises, this role plays a crucial part in facilitating successful regulatory audits and ensuring timely, accurate claim submissions.

1. Document Control & Repository Management: Maintain and organise centralised document repositories for USP and NADI programmes. Ensure all technical, operational, and regulatory records are accurately filed to guarantee full data traceability and continuous audit readiness.
2. Compliance Tracking & Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on technical records, permits, and site acceptance documents. Track compliance statuses to proactively identify missing information and ensure all documentation gaps are closed prior to formal claim submissions.
3. Regulatory Submissions (TSD): Prepare, compile, and submit Technical Self Declaration (TSD) documentation, ensuring all supporting evidence is accurate and strictly adheres to MCMC regulatory guidelines.
4. Audit & Verification Support: Support MCMC audits, site visits, and claim verification exercises by promptly retrieving, compiling, and providing the necessary documentation and administrative evidence to auditors and internal stakeholders.
5. Management Reporting: Consolidate documentation statuses and compliance data to prepare weekly and monthly reports, providing management with clear visibility on project readiness, missing records, and overall regulatory compliance.

What you'll need for this role:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in documentation governance, compliance management, programme administration or telecommunications project management
