Job Description

About the Client:

Frontall is building out its government bidding department and is looking for a Documentation Assistant to turn prioritized opportunities into complete, competitive proposals.

About the Role:

This role brings the level of structure and supporting evidence—such as project organizational charts, past-performance data, and compliance matrices—that top-performing competitors already bring to the table and that Frontall's proposals currently lack.

Work Arrangement: On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble complete proposals, including project organizational charts, compliance matrices, staffing resumes, and delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date table of Frontall's past government contracts and billed volume for reuse across proposals.
  • Maintain and adapt a library of reusable proposal content, always customized to the specific agency and avoiding generic boilerplate language that evaluators have flagged in past submissions.
  • Manage the candidate recruitment and selection matrix used as a supporting attachment in specific bids.
  • Work in a tight cycle with the Bidding Coordinator to turn a briefing into a finished, submission-ready proposal within one to two business days for priority opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical writing skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals and deadlines.
  • Strong ability to synthesize scattered information into clear, structured documents.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with RFPs, government solicitations, or other formal bid documentation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support drafting and structuring proposals.
