Document Services Coordinator - Voice File Transcriptionist

Shift Schedule:

• Flexible and willing to work any shift, including graveyard shifts
• 8 times RTO (Remote Time Off) per month, with flexible days
• Must be open to overtime, working on weekends, and/or PH holidays

Brief Job Description: The Document Controller is responsible for providing document services support to both legal and business services professionals. Responsibilities include:

• Creating presentation materials and formatting complex case documents in Word
• Proofreading documents
• Transcribing voice files

Qualifications:

• Voice File Transcription (VFT): Experience in voice file transcription
• Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in document review
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess client needs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sound decision-making and judgment abilities
• Effective leadership and communication skills
