The Role
We're looking for a motivated Document Processor Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at the heart of our operations. If you love bringing order to complexity, developing people, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise and support frontline employees for the Document Processing Team
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-ones 
  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workload distribution 
  • Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals 
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees 
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment 

Document Processing Operations

  • Provide direction and guidance to team members when needed to ensure promptly and efficient handling of requests.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track team KPIs and operational metrics 
  • Review processing queues, response times, and productivity reports 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities 
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching based on performance data to front line employees
  • Prepare reports for management on team performance and trends 

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and SOPs 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflows 
  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures 
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • Sharp attention to detail and strong written communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
  • Comfortable working independently andcollaboratively
  • Proficiencyin basic computer tools (keyboard, 10-key, Adobe)
  • Basic insurance knowledge is a plus
  • A positive, professional attitude and a passion for consistency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
