Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further.
BA Wind’s Document Management Offshore is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Document Management maturity and compliance across the entire life cycle of Offshore wind farms. The team is the go-to-place for the trusted information around document management processes and associated IT tools, that enable our organization and external stakeholders to collaborate efficiently and complete their tasks from any place in due time.
Role Overview
You will become part of our Document Management Department with 23 skilled and enthusiastic colleagues who all support ongoing offshore wind project and sites. We are a diverse department with colleagues located across Northern Europe, and we offer a great extent of flexibility to plan and perform your work. You will work independently, but colleagues are always at hand when necessary, and we meet up regularly to share knowledge and offer support where needed.
In this role you will deliver support for a project in the construction phase. Your daily tasks include managing permission set-up, implementing workflow solutions, supporting with setting up metadata, views and libraries in SharePoint. You will also act as Quality Control for incoming documentation, start workflows, and update status on documentation.
You will have the following key responsibilities
