Highlights:

Summary: The Document Imaging Specialist, Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality support by mentoring the team, managing workflows, and handling escalated customer issues. The Team Lead will monitor performance and quality metrics, provide coaching, provide training on various computer and electronic payor systems as well as drive team productivity to meet customer satisfaction goals. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for managing daily workflows, including scheduling, staffing, and delegating tasks to ensure consistent service delivery. The Team Lead will act as a point of contact for complex, high-level, or difficult customer complaints, issues, or errors to ensure a prompt resolution. This individual will work directly with leadership to provide team leadership and support by guiding, training, and motivating team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The Team Lead will identify bottlenecks, develop new processes and strategies, and update procedures to improve customer service and document imaging quality and efficiency. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Minimum 1-2 years supervisory or management experience, showcasing proven track records in team development and leadership preferred. Experience in hospital or physician business office functions preferred. Experience in data entry, call center operations, or fast-paced service environments essential. Background in training and education preferred.
