Are you passionate about customer service and attention to detail and love working to a deadline? Are you ready to be part of team that provides an important service to our growing number of customers across the UK? We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Documents Coordinator to join our growing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham, Wiltshire with the opportunity for hybrid working after a thorough training period.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £28,000 p.a. rising to £28,500 p.a. after a successful probation period.

What you will be doing?

  • Keeping on top of our garage network to make sure all compliance documents are received—by phone and email

  • Checking incoming paperwork to make sure everything is completed properly (right dates, signatures, and required actions)

  • Reviewing online systems for different document types

  • Uploading documents into our online portal so customers can access them easily

  • Managing inbox queries from customers chasing missing documents

  • Producing regular reports on document arrival

  • Getting stuck into any other admin tasks or projects that come your way

What we are looking for:

  • Strong admin skills, great written communication, and a sharp eye for detail

  • Confident using a PC, email, the internet, and quick to learn new systems

  • Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (essential)

  • Experience of working within a pressurised environment, with the ability to remain calm and professional but be firm in difficult situations

  • Experience in the motor industry is a bonus—but not a must-have

  • Someone who can prioritise, manage their own workload, and meet tight deadlines/KPIs

  • A positive, confident and approachable communicator who can adapt to whoever they’re speaking with—customers, colleagues, or suppliers

  • Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to gather the right info

  • A consistently professional phone manner
