Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in the UAE. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence

- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, filed, and stored in accordance with company standards

- Monitor document control processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy

- Communicate with project team members to track document status and resolve any issues

- Maintain and update document tracking systems and databases

- Ensure all documents are reviewed and approved in a timely manner

- Assist with document formatting and quality control checks

- Prepare document transmittals and distribute to relevant parties

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documents

- Provide support for document audits and assist with implementing corrective actions

- Train new team members on document control procedures and systems

- Stay up to date with industry best practices and implement improvements to the document control process as needed

Qualifications:

- UAE National

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in the engineering or construction industry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures
