Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Training in Document Control or Project Information Management
Knowledge of document formatting and engineering documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and PDF management software
Certifications in Aconex, SharePoint, or other DMS tools
Minimum 5 years document control experience in large-scale engineering projects..
Experience in dams, hydropower, tunneling, or major infrastructure/civil projects.
Experience using Document Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).
Experience handling engineering drawings, technical specifications, RFIs, submittals, NCRs, MOMs, and correspondence.
Experience maintaining structured digital and hard-copy archives.
Understanding of engineering documentation workflows.
Strong data management, organization, and filing skills.
Familiarity with DMS tools (Aconex, SharePoint, or similar).
Ability to interpret environmental regulations and permits
Strong communication skills for coordination and follow-up.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents
