Company Background:

Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Document Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or administrative support.
• Experience in an engineering, utility, or technical environment will be an added advantage.
  
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to handle internal documentation and communication).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, classify, archive, and distribute general and special equipment technical documentation.
• Draft and revise (under the guidance of the Department Head and Quality Department) quality management system documents, submit for approval, archive, and assist in organizing training sessions for the department.
  
• Handle online approval of engineering and service contracts (drafted by engineers), process payments, and manage offline contracts and construction documents (collection, organization, archiving, and distribution).
• Prepare and upload department meeting minutes.
• Assist with other daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Salary Range: RM3500 - RM3900
