Job Description

Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.
  • Manage and control company documents in both hardcopy and electronic formats.
  • Ensure proper document filing, version control, and record maintenance.
  • Distribute, track, and update documents according to company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain document control registers and ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in document control or administrative support.
  • Familiar with document management systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: RM2.5k - RM5k
