Al Marwan Developments is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate document control, timely distribution, and compliance with construction project standards.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Document Controller include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and update project document registers.

• Manage documents through Aconex, Google Drive and other EDMS platforms.

• Ensure proper document numbering, formatting, and version control.

• Distribute IFC drawings and project documents to relevant stakeholders.

• Track submissions, approvals, revisions, and document workflows.

• Coordinate As-Built documentation and project handovers.

• Maintain organized digital and physical document archives.

• Support project teams with document control activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of UAE construction industry experience in document control.

• Strong knowledge of Aconex and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with UAE authority documentation requirements.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
