A leading Talent Acquisition Company is looking for a qualified Document Controller who is Aconex Certified to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing and maintaining all document-related processes within our projects, ensuring that documentation is organized, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. You will work closely with project teams to facilitate an efficient document flow, leveraging your Aconex expertise to optimize project documentation workflows.

As an Aconex Certified Document Controller, you will be responsible for the preparation, distribution, and overall management of documents, making sure that all relevant materials are accessible to the right stakeholders at the right time.

Requirements

• Certification in Aconex document management software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in document control or project administrative roles within the construction, engineering, or oil & gas industries.
• Strong proficiency in Aconex and other document management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality control standards.
