Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing :

• Coordinate document flow between project operations, engineering, construction, and support teams.
• Register, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing documents; maintain databases, logs, and transmittals.
• Enter data and generate status reports using MS Office and project-specific systems.
• Scan and archive documents for electronic storage and maintain structured filing/retrieval.
• Maintain document distribution schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements.
• Support general administrative tasks (filing, typing, telephone support) as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

• Diploma (or equivalent), with at least 7+ years in document controls (or an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience).
• Strong hands-on experience with Unifier/Oracle program is Mandatory.
• English-speaking with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer and keyboard skills, including MS Windows and common office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• UAE experience

• Engineering background/experience
• Experience working on large, site-based projects with high-volume document workflows.
• Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team.
• Must possess the ability to comprehend and interpret construction specifications, as well as demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction-related processes pertinent to the designated area of assignment.
• Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
