As the Document Controller, you will report to the Project Controls Lead and play a key role in supporting Ark Energy's growing portfolio of renewable energy projects.
You will be responsible for managing document control systems and processes across development, construction, commissioning and operational projects, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with project teams, contractors and other stakeholders, you'll help maintain strong document governance, support project workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of document management systems and practices.

With a minimum of two years’ experience in document control or a similar administrative role, you have exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Your accuracy in handling documents, combined with your strong organisational skills, ensures you can work autonomously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, a great team player, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
