Could you be the full-time Document Controller in Cairo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and documentation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless project documentation management and compliance with company standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, customers, and partners), maintain accurate document workflows, and support reporting and communication processes.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the receipt, registration, distribution, and archiving of project documents, but also ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
We’ll look to you for:
Managing the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of project documents
Processing document transmittals and correspondence
Monitoring document workflows and following up on pending reviews and approvals
Preparing and maintaining document registers and logs
Verifying document metadata, numbering, and revision status before distribution
Coordinating with engineering, project management, customers, and partners regarding document submissions
Archiving project documentation and maintaining proper records throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting document control reporting and maintaining accurate document status records
Maintaining the EDMS and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in documentation management, preferably in railway projects
Good knowledge of EDMS and document control procedures
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Good English communication skills; French is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
