Job Description

In this role, you'll:


You will support document management processes across programs and projects, ensuring effective documentation flow, storage and retrieval throughout delivery lifecycles.


You will maintain document control quality and information management practices in complex, multi-project environments to ensure teams work from current revisions.


You will manage the receipt, distribution, filing and access of controlled documentation to support project delivery and community outcomes.

About you


Demonstrated experience in document control and information management, with the ability to apply document management systems, records practices and controls.


You’re recognised as a collaborative and accountable professional, skilled at communicating effectively and building productive working relationships.


You bring experience in project documentation and information management to achieve quality outcomes, compliance and efficient project delivery.
