Job Description

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and manage the document control system for the project.
• Receive, register, log, track, distribute, and archive drawings, method statements, technical submissions, reports etc.
• Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and version tracking.
• Coordinate submission and approval workflows with site team, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors
• Maintain master document registers and trackers.
• Ensure documents are issued to relevant stakeholders in a timely and controlled manner
• Assist the project team with document requests, audits, and handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and client requirements

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in construction, data center, engineering or site administration
• Willingness to work in a construction site environment
