Job Description
- Wood is currently looking for a Document Controller to join our team. Process deliverables in accordance with Global and Project procedures. Develop role knowledge and experience in accordance with Discipline Competency Form and Knowledge Tables
- Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world.
- Receipt, registration and issue of deliverables in accordance with document control procedures
- Compilation of statistical reports from Documentum[JA1] or other document management systems.
- Track and manage document revisions to ensure only the latest approved versions are in circulation.
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate document flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure good written and oral communication between disciplines
- Maintain Discipline Competency via Competency Assessment Form and Knowledge Tables
- Demonstrate HSE awareness by actively participating in safety observations and initiatives.
- Adherence to WOOD– Nobel Energy Processes and Procedures
- Effective delivery of assigned work scopes in accordance with discipline and contract process and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience with document management
- University Degree.
Minimum Experience:
- Is knowledgeable and has experience in a project environment in Oil and Gas, Petro Chem or other relevant industry
