We are looking for a highly organised Document Controller to support our busy Projects team. In this fast‑paced role, you will manage the control, flow, and accuracy of project documentation, working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure all records meet project, client, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control, track, and maintain electronic and hard‑copy project documentation.
  • Prepare and manage document transmittals, submissions, and review cycles.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date document registers and ensure correct version control.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on document-related matters.
  • Support audits, quality processes, and project reporting.
  • Ensure final documentation packages are complete and compliant for project close‑out.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Document Controller or Project Administrator.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident managing high volumes of technical documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office and PDF software; experience with Document Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated, audited, or engineering/project environments (desirable).
  • Knowledge of document control procedures, version control, and project lifecycles.

Note: This position is based on site at our offices north of Stamford off the A1 transport and a full driving licence will be required as we are not a public transport route.
