Lendlease Sydney are currently seeking a Document Controller to join and support the delivery of our major pipeline of work in the NSW region.

As a Document Controller with Lendlease you collect, compile and prepare accurate purchasing reports, receipts and acknowledgement of materials and supplies to contribute to the preparation of internal construction works reporting by senior construction management staff.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain proper documentation, systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of site administration processes.

  • Assist with the preparation of construction works contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is distributed and processed, all amendments are accurately recorded, and appropriate approval and sign off is provided.

  • Timely distribution of client's document and maintain an updated Master list

  • Maintain a current distribution Matrix

  • Collate all project documentation & Transfer to archive at project completion

  • To provide accuracy of documentation and to minimize error by maintaining an efficient filing system

  • To upkeep and maintain ISO standards filling so as to retrieve information easily

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a construction related discipline, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.

  • Have 3+ years’ experience within the construction industry.

  • Being familiar and able to use document control software Acconex is highly regarded but not essential.

  • Computing skills with capabilities in using Word and Excel, may also require experience in using accounting software.
