E-INFRA este unul dintre cele mai puternice grupuri romanesti, cu o activitate de peste 28 ani. Prin intermediul companiilor parte a grupului, E-INFRA activeaza in arii precum infrastructura energetica, de telecomunicatii si civila, fiind, de asemenea, prezent si in domenii cheie ca productia de energie si energie verde, distributia de energie si gaze naturale sau telecomunicatii. Grupul reuneste activitatile Electrogrup, Nova Power&Gas, Netcity, Direct One si Wesee, companii active in domeniul proiectelor de infrastructura energetica si de telecomunicatii. Alaturi de acestea, E-INFRA s-a dezvoltat constant si numara astazi peste 1200 de angajati.

In momentul de fata cautam un  Document Controller care sa se alature companiei  Electrogrup

Responsabilitati
  • Stocarea, administrarea,urmarirea si controlul documentelor conform procedurilor
  • Colectarea informatiilor pentru sistemul de control al documentelor si imbunatatirea procesului
  • Asistarea migrarii si auditului documentelor si efectuarea sarcinilor administrative
  • Asistarea in toate activitatile specifice si asigurarea suportului pentru Project Document Controller
  • Reprezinta interfata in relatia cu contractorii si beneficiarii
  • Verificarea documentelor (interne si externe) supuse intarzierii
  • Raportarea statusului documentelor 
  • Inregistrarea tuturor documentelor: generale, tehnice si comerciale
  • Distribuirea documentelor conform regulamentelor interne
  • Asigurarea ca documentele sunt plasate si stocate corespunzator
  • Verificarea documentelor supuse revizuirii

Cerinte
  • Absolvent de studii superioare in domeniul ingieriei
  • Experienta relevanta in managementul si controlul documentatiei tehnice aferente proiectelor complexe din domeniul infrastructurii energetice si/sau constructiilor
  • Cunostinte de MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si gestionare a relatiilor interpersonale
  • Capacitatea de a lucra eficient intr-un mediu dinamic si solicitant
  • Atent la detalii si orientat catre rezolvarea problemelor
  • Excelente abilitati de organizare si planificare
  • Limba engleza nivel mediu
