Job Description

We currently have an opening for the position of Document Controller (Proficiency in Arabic Language) with one of our leading Government Client in Doha, Qatar.

Position Brief

The Document Controller is responsible to ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are controlled and provide a wide range of document control support services to the assigned Section/ Team/ Office.

Qualification:

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant Subject
• Holder of Accreditation from known Institute would be an advantage
• Holder of current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications including spreadsheets and database management
• Knowledge of business principles
• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other Arabic and English language skills
• Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
• Proven experience in information and communication management
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essential
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred
