Responsible for managing project documentation on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and coordinating utility searches across UK frameworks. Role involves ensuring compliance with document management processes, supporting Engineering teams, and assisting Design Managers with internal tasks such as training records, award submissions, and presentations. Approx. 50% project documentation & utility searches, 50% Design Manager support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utility Searches & Coordination
o Conduct utility searches across multiple projects and frameworks.
o Liaise with UK utility companies to obtain records, digitise data, and upload to project systems.
o Maintain trackers and checklists for searches and responses; perform repeat searches as required.
• Document Management on ACC
o Set up projects, configure workflows, manage permissions, and ensure compliance with ACC Docs procedures.
o Monitor document revisions, approvals, and ensure auditable storage.
o Regularly review projects for compliance and report performance metrics.
• Engineering & Design Manager Support
o Assist Design Managers with training records, documents related to visitors, award submissions, presentations, organogram updates, feedback request & analysis.
o Provide onboarding and coaching for new starters on ACC usage and folder structures.
o Collaborate with Lead Document Controller and Engineering Change Manager to improve processes and develop training materials.
• Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement
o Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce rework.
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate changes clearly.
Skills & Experience:
• Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor, train, and support teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to new work culture & technologies.
• Skilled in planning and prioritising workload.
