Job Description
We're on the lookout for a Document Controller to join one of the UK's largest M&E Contractors. This presents an excellent opportunity for someone well-versed in the Construction/M&E sector to become part of a reputable company and enhance their skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing copies of correspondence and implementing an effective filing system for document management.
- Establishing and managing project files to ensure accessibility and organization.
- Reviewing and validating the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Ensuring adherence to document control procedures and policies.
- Compiling and updating critical project documents, including material take-offs, freight arrangements, schedules, personnel lists, quotations, and reports.
- Drafting specifications, quotations, and contract documentation.
- Modifying and amending critical documentation sent to clients and meticulously tracking changes through revisions.
- Implementing group-wide administrative procedures for projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements:
