Sensori, part of the Sisk Group, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the management, control and accuracy of project documentation across live and operational environments. The role will be based in South Dublin and will play a critical part in ensuring that information is managed in line with project, client and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of construction documentation, systems and governance within a Tier 1 or specialist contractor environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day control, distribution and tracking of project documentation in accordance with Sensori and Sisk information management procedures.
  • Maintain document registers, drawing logs and revision control, ensuring that only current and approved documents are issued for use.
  • Coordinate the receipt, review, issue and archiving of drawings, specifications, RFIs, technical submittals and project correspondence.
  • Ensure document control processes align with project requirements, client protocols and internal governance standards.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Support audits and reviews by ensuring document compliance, traceability and accessibility at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive or controlled information.
  • Assist with handover and close‑out documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate and correctly formatted.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Document Controller role within a construction, engineering, facilities or Tier 1 contractor environment.
  • Strong understanding of document control procedures, revision management and quality systems.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders in live or operational project environments.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and project collaboration platforms.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in business administration, construction, information management or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems; experience with Tier 1 contractor platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO‑aligned document control and information management standards is desirable.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements relating to document handling.
