Job Description:
Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient.Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distributionEnsure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)Make available, notify and distribute documents to relevant recipientsConfirm delivery of documents to proper personnelSupport on Operation Administrative matters.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification : NITEC/Diploma in any disciplineMinimum Experience : 3 years related experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficePossess following Soft Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skillAble to work under stress and prioritize tasksResourceful Self-motivated with high degree of integrityHighly OrganizedExcellent time management skills
